How do I use sensolern Newborn Black and White Stimulation Cards?

Regular training with contrast Stimulation Cards will help your baby grow faster, healthier and smarter. Most importantly, they don’t stress the baby’s nervous system.
Before you show your baby the card, look at the picture for a few seconds and then start chatting. Your baby will enjoy listening to your voice and the learning process will begin.

0-3 months
- Hold the card about 8 to 12 inches away from the baby. Let your baby look at the card for about 10 seconds, then turn the card over and let them look for another 10 seconds.
- Very slowly move the card vertically and horizontally in the baby’s field of vision to stimulate eye movement and coordination.
- Repeat the process for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, 2 to 3 times a day, using 4 different cards at the same time.
3-6 months
- Hold the card about 12 to 20 inches away from the baby. Let your baby look at the card for about 10 seconds, then turn the card over and let them look for another 10 seconds.
- Very slowly move the map vertically and horizontally until you see the baby’s head move to follow the map.
- Repeat the process for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, 2 to 3 times a day, using 4 different cards at the same time.
6-9 months
- Lay your baby on his stomach and then spread the Stimulation Cards out in front of him at different distances. Once the baby looks at them, tell stories using the keywords provided. Or put the baby on your lap, hold up a card, and then start telling stories using the keywords provided.
9-12+ months
- Let your baby choose a card, then use the keywords provided to tell stories about the different cultures and the art about them.
